Yes! Starting February 2026, we’re launching a new and improved Coop Club Rewards program. You’ll still earn 10 points per $1 at the Mild tier, but now you can level up to Medium and Hot tiers to earn even more points per dollar. The higher the tier, the hotter the perks — faster points, better rewards, and a smoother app experience.
Yes. To make sure you’re in the new program, just update the Hattie B’s Coop Club app in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you install the latest version, you’ll be ready to roll.
Yes. You’ll need to use the same email address tied to your current Coop Club account to make sure your points transfer into the new program. If you use a different email, the system won’t recognize your point history.
Nope. We know nobody needs another password to remember. The new app uses a password-less login system, which means all you’ll do is confirm your email and we’ll verify you on our side. It’s fast, secure, and simple.
To join, download the Hattie B’s Coop Club Rewards app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow the steps to create your account. Only one member can be linked per device. If you were part of our original rewards program, be sure to sign up using the same email address so your points and any existing rewards can transfer over automatically.
Make sure you signed into the new app using the same email from your previous account. If you used a different email or don’t see your points, contact Support at guests@hattieb.com and we’ll help merge your accounts.
For every dollar you spend, you earn points. The number of points you earn depends on your tier. Mild members earn 10 points per $1, Medium members earn 11 points per $1, and Hot members earn 12 points per $1. You can spend points anytime on rewards like food, desserts, and more. Redeeming points does not affect your tier or knock you backward — once you reach a tier, you keep it for the rest of that year and the next one.
When you order in-store, all you have to do is open the app, let the cashier know you’re a Coop Club member, and scan your QR code at checkout OR tell your cashier your phone number and they can look up your account. If you’re ordering ahead or placing a delivery order through the app, make sure you’re logged in and the points will automatically apply. Points are earned on food, non-alcoholic drinks, and in-store merchandise. Points are not earned on alcohol, catering, online merchandise or the purchase of gift cards.
Yes! If you order through the Hattie B’s Coop Club app you will earn points for delivery orders. If you order through third-party sites like UberEats or DoorDash, you will not earn points for your order.
Points are earned on the subtotal before taxes, tips, and fees.
Most of the time, points show up in less than an hour. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours. If you don’t see your points after a full day, contact our Support Team at guests@hattieb.com and we’ll help you out.
You can redeem points for rewards directly in the app. Just visit the Rewards section, choose what you’d like, and the reward will be saved to your account and ready to use on your next order.
Once you’ve used your points to unlock a reward, it will be ready to use on your next purchase. Just tap “Redeem” in the app and a QR code and 7-digit code will appear. Let the cashier know you have a reward, then scan the QR code at checkout. Once you unlock a reward, it will stay in your account for 14 days. Because points can’t be pulled back until the reward expires, only redeem points when you’re ready to use it.
If you don’t end up using the reward, your points will go back into your account after the 14-day expiration window.
To redeem a reward online, make sure you are logged into your Coop Club account when placing an order through the app or at hattieb.com. At checkout, select the reward you want to use and the discount will apply automatically.
Yes. Just let the cashier know you have a reward, open your app, and we’ll scan your code to apply it at checkout. You can also provide the cashier your phone number to look up your account.
Once you redeem points for a reward, it remains active for 14 days and can’t be canceled or refunded early. Your points will return to your account automatically when the reward expires if you don’t use it.
No. Only one reward can be used per order.
Rewards can’t be combined with other offers, promo codes, or discounts. You’ll be able to choose whichever offer works best at checkout.
The Hattie B’s Coop Club has three tiers: Mild, Medium, and Hot. All new members start at Mild unless they have points transferring from the previous program. Mild members earn 10 points per dollar, Medium members earn 11, and Hot members earn 12. Tiers are based on points earned from January 1 through December 31 each year. When you reach a tier, you keep it for the rest of that year and all of the following year. Your tier status stays even if yourspendable points expire due to inactivity.
Tier status always follows a calendar cycle. When you reach a tier, you keep it through the end of that year and the entire next year. For example, if you hit Medium on August 5, 2026, you’ll stay Medium until December 31, 2027. If you level up again before December 31, 2027, your new tier extends through the rest of that year and all of the next.
Points expire after 180 days without earning new points from a qualifying purchase. Your points will reset to zero, but you’ll keep whichever tier you’ve already earned for that calendar year. Points expire after 180 days of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchases or point-earning activity during the 180 day period. Coop Club Rewards members will retain their earned tier status for the remainder of the calendar year and for the following calendar year beginning January 1. To maintain the same tier for the subsequent year, members must re-qualify by earning the required number of tier points during that year. Tier benefits, points, and rewards are subject to change. Other restrictions may apply.
Some purchases don’t qualify for points. These include catering orders, alcohol, taxes, tips, delivery fees, service charges, gift card purchases, and online merchandise purchased through third-party sites.
You do not earn points when buying a gift card, but you can earn points when paying with a gift card in-store or through the app.

When you scan the QR code in the app before checkout, points will automatically be added to your account. You can also tell the cashier your phone number and they can look up your account. If you forget to scan, you can submit an email to Support at guests@hattieb.com with a picture of your reciept and we can manually add points. The rewards program is no longer connected to your credit card—scanning the app is required.
Paying with cash works the same as any other payment method. As long as you scan your app during checkout or tell the cashier your phone number, your points will be added.
No. Rewards can only be used in-store or through the Coop Club app. Third-party delivery services do not support Coop Club rewards.
To use a promo code in the restaurant, tell the cashier you have a code and provide it to them. To apply a promo code to an online order, choose your location, add items to your cart, and apply the code on the payment screen.
If you scanned your app or uploaded your receipt and don’t see points within 24 hours, reach out to our Support Team at guests@hattieb.com with a copy of your receipt and we’ll get you taken care of.
If you weren’t logged in during your online order, points won’t automatically apply. Reach out to Support at guests@hattieb.com with your order confirmation and we’ll add them manually.
All available rewards are listed in the Rewards section of the app. You’ll see how many points are needed and how long each reward is valid once redeemed.
